Adam, Pete and Jess took over Earlham House Post Office in Sept 2022. It has recently been transformed into a modern, fresh and spacious shop selling greetings cards, packaging, stationary and a range of gifts and local (within 15 mines) crafts. We offer a full range of postal service for inland and international mail. It's also a great place to do your everyday banking, thanks to our partnership

with almost all major banks. We also do MoneyGram, car tax, ID Certification, and a whole lot more! Plus we can also help with your photo copying, printing and scanning. The shop has been trading since 1986 with previous owners Marin and Beverley adding in a Post Office in 1995. Now brought up to date and modernised for the next generation, we aim for this to be the best Post Office in Norfolk. Please share your ideas to help us shape this space to make it as great as you deserve it to be.

After 33 days of connectivity issues, the Post Office (big org, not local) have finally ordered a new phone line to be installed.
Open Reach failed to turn up to multiple appointments to fix the existing line. Layers of 3rd parties have also failed to resolve the issue.

Back and forth it goes, with us all caught in the middle.

We were due to get upgraded to fully fibre connections for Horizon this week. But again Open Reach rescheduled on the day with no explanation.

We are so thankful to our customers. This month we have struggled to make ends meet. So thank you for your faithful and patient custom. We are endlessly grateful.

We sincerely hope that by the end of this week we will be fully up and running. Will keep you posted!!

We have an engineer visiting today to hopefully fix our connectivity issues. 🎉
We've been mainly trying to keep you all up to date on how we're getting back to full speed service. Please also remember that we continue to sell a range of items in our shop. We're so proud of the greetings cards we have. Also local craft products, many that are handmade and totally unique. Plus stationery, toys, kids books...🧶📖📦🖋️✏️📏🧸

Unfortunately we have not been able to open today due to staff illness. 🤒

This is on top of struggling with IT issues.
We have a robust team, and backup staff. But sometimes no matter how well we plan, circumstances & availability get the better of us!
We wish our staff a quick recovery!
