Our team recently visited Braydeston Court Residential Care Home to deliver Feebris training to their dedicated care staff 🥰.

This training equips them to perform remote observations when a resident appears unwell, ensuring timely and effective care🩺.

The system can be accessed via a user-friendly mobile application, that works in any location environment with or without internet connectivity! Or alternatively, the system can be accessed via the web browser portal.

Feebris - remote monitoring in Care Homes to become integrated into SystmOne & EMIS observations 🏠🩺

We are collaborating with the technology provider, Feebris, to enable healthcare professionals in primary and urgent care settings to easily access observations taken by Care Home staff.

Clinicians will be able to view the Feebris observations from within their core clinical system. There will be a contextual link between the systems with an option to upload and automatically code the observations 💻.

✔ This will bring significant benefits including time saving, reduction of manual entry errors and the ability to view health trends without having to access a separate portal. ✔

Feebris remote observation kit provides care home staff with tools to take vital signs observations and soft signs assessments using standardised decision and escalation support tools – e.g., NEWS2, to detect early deterioration and enable healthcare professionals to provide a more informed response about a residents’ health.

The observation tools are enabled with Bluetooth technology so that recordings are automatically loaded onto the Feebris platform.

Feebris enables the secure flow of information between care homes and healthcare professionals to help ensure that residents receive joined up care with the aim of reducing unplanned admissions, so that residents can receive the right care at the right time in the right place. 💙

🚀✨ Red Bags Delivered ✨🚀

We have successfully delivered red bags to 62 Care Homes, as part of the digitally enhanced re-launch of the Red Bag Scheme in Great Yarmouth & Waveney.

40 of the red bags include a digital GPS tracker, to ensure that the red bag stays with the Care Home resident, from admission to discharge from Hospital 🏥

We will be evaluating to determine whether the digital solution significantly improves the ability to return a resident's red bag to them, if they get separated.
