Our customer reception at Gadbrook Park, Northwich is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm, our services operate 9am-5pm. If you need to call us, you can use our main number which is 0300 303 9848. This number is also our emergency repairs number, which can be used 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, took part in the discussions and shared their views. The day was all about listening to what matters most to you as we plan for the future, and your feedback will play an important role in shaping what comes next.
