Start the festive season early and come join the successful Lockwood Brass Band in performing all your favourite Christmas carols. Appealing to all ages this event is guaranteed to put you in the festive spirit as well as helping raise funds to support injured firefighters and their families.

Tickets are free, but you must reserve your place.

Our Annual fire fighters charity concert featuring the Lockwood brass band is back on Tuesday 2nd December!

Tickets are free and everyone is welcome.
As always there will be a raffle and if anyone is wanting to donate any prizes please drop them off at Northallerton fire station.

🚨 Postponed 🚨

Unfortunately our open day this Saturday has had to be postponed

This is due to a high number of incidents over the last few days, and with the forecast staying hot we're anticipating it could be a busy weekend for ourselves and all emergency services involved 🔥🚒🚓

We'll post an update in due course about when the event will be rescheduled to so keep an eye out for an update and we still hope to see you there!

This morning the duty crew welcomed Jay & Robyn to station on the first leg of their epic journey!

We joined them for a short trip through town on their way to Stokesley

Our thoughts go out to all those at Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service (Official).

We are deeply saddened to confirm the names of the two colleagues who lost their lives dealing with a major incident in Bicester on the evening of Thursday, 15 May.

A member of the public also sadly died in the incident.

Two further firefighters sustained serious injuries and are currently in hospital.

The firefighters who died are Jennie Logan of Oxfordshire County Council’s Fire and Rescue Service and Martyn Sadler of Oxfordshire County Council’s Fire and Rescue who also worked as a firefighter for London Fire Brigade.

Following today’s tragic events, we recognise that people may wish to pay their respects.

We would be grateful if anyone wishes to lay flowers that these are laid in Garth Park, Bicester rather than at fire stations or at Bicester Motion to avoid obstruction to the highways. The park is open 7.30am - 9pm.

From Monday, people can also sign a book of condolence at Garth House in the park (Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm).

On Firefighters' Memorial Day, we honour the lives of firefighters across the world, including the 2,300 UK firefighters who have died in the line of duty.

At 12 midday, fire and rescue service workers across the UK will line up at their station, control room or other workplace to take part in a minute’s silence.
