Booking Conditions
Provisional bookings are accepted on the understanding that the deposit is received within 7 days, otherwise the booking may be cancelled without further notice.
The deposit is £90 and is non-refundable. The full balance is due not less than one month before the start of the booking period. If a booking is made less than one month before the holiday is due to start, the full amount is due immediately. If the deposits / payments are not paid in due time, the owners have the right to cancel the booking and re-let the property – retaining the deposit.
If you need to cancel your booking, a proportion of your payment will be forfeited. Up to 21 days prior to arrival date 60% is forfeited, and up to 7 days 80% forfeited. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, we regret no refund can be made.
Incoming guests may arrive from 4pm. The property must be vacated by 10am on the final day of let.
The property must be left clean and tidy, with full inventory, and the owners must be reimbursed for any breakages, loss or damage. A refundable deposit of £50 is required to cover extra cleaning or damage.
The owners shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident, loss or mishap to persons or property whilst on or using the premises, or from any illness or injury arising from any cause whatsoever.
If the property should become unavailable or unsuitable for letting subsequent to booking through any cause, the owner's liability shall be limited to the amount of any rent or deposit paid.
The owners or their agents must be allowed access to the property at all reasonable times.
