The ‘Pingdemic’ has ended…..

However COVID has not.

As of today, If you are double jabbed or under 18 and have been in contact with someone positive you no longer have to self isolate.

We are very kindly asking all our clients to be as honest as possible with us. Please, if you have been in contact with a positive case let us know & cancel your appointment.

We are trying our best to keep everyone safe, including our large number of vulnerable clients. We would hate the salon to be the source of a spread. We will happily rearrange your appointments as soon as possible, we hope you understand our decision.

We are pleased to finally have Maria Nila products for sale. These are all vegan and cruelty free, with no sulphates or parabens.
We have a collection of styling products as well as shampoos, conditioners and conditioning treatments.

Our diaries are officially open!

Hopefully, all clients have been contacted regarding appointments. If by anychance we have missed you please contact us!

My (Sophie) phone has gone absolutely ballistic tonight & crashed twice throughout the evening, so I’m sorry if I was a little late in replying.

Please remember your patch tests.
NO COLOUR APPOINTMENT CAN GO AHEAD WITHOUT ONE.

When attending your appointment please remember to ring the door bell. The door maybe open for ventilation purposes, but please remain outside until invited in for social distancing measures.

DONT FORGET YOUR MASK

You will be required to complete a track and trace form or log in on the app. This is now a legal requirement and refusing to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Our cancellation policy will remain in place, please make sure cancellations are done with more than 48hours notice. If less than 48hours notice you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment fee. Less than 24hours notice will result in 100% of your appointment fee.
These measures are put into place to secure our income. The last 12 months have not been easy for any of us. We have to protect our income now more than ever.

Good Evening ladies and gents
Boris has spoken and going by his guidelines we are looking to open week commencing 12th April.

HOWEVER, this is all down to statistics/number of cases/vaccinations. With this in mind we have decided to not open our diaries just yet. Should he have to postpone our reopen date, we didn’t want to have to rearrange all our clients again.

We are currently planning on contacting our awaiting clients from the week commencing 29th March as this is when step 1 B will commence & we should have a little more knowledge if this date will go ahead.

We hope you understand our decision, we are all missing you greatly. In the mean time please stay safe, we cannot wait to see you. Love to all. Melissa, Sophie & Kira

With the most recent announcement tonight we have had to close our doors yet again. We will be in contact with all clients to cancel any booked appointments & hopefully see you all mid February.

REOPENING DATE CONFIRMED WEDNESDAY 2nd DECEMBER

So Boris has spoken, we will be reopening on the 2nd. If you have a hair appointment on or from this date your appointment is safe & guaranteed. If you have missed an appointment over this last month I will be contacting you over the next few days to rebook. If you have contacted us to book an appointment you will be contacted as soon as missed appointments are organised. Sorry it’s a little long winded but trying to be fair as possible.

Melissa is returning to work on Thursday 3rd and has now opened her diary for Appointments

Kira’s diary is also open & filling up fast, please contact her for appointments

Once again we’d like to thank all our clients for their patience over recent months. Fingers crossed we can be all systems go & no hiccups. Any questions please feel free to contact us.

So that’s it, LOCKDOWN NO 2 is underway. We would like to thank all our clients who have supported us since July and even more so this last few days while everything has been up in the air. The 13 hour days have come to an end I (sophie) will spend the next couple of days contacting everyone who has an appointment due over the next 4 weeks. We hope to reopen as planned from the first week in December, however I will only be taking appointments when a reopening date has been confirmed to avoid over booking & having to rearrange.
