🌟 Well done to our first Pupil of the Week winners of this academic year! 🌟

What a fantastic start to the new school year.

We are incredibly proud of all our winners and the positive example they have set through their effort, attitude and behaviour.

It was also wonderful to hear from our teachers just how difficult the decisions were this week. With so many pupils working hard and making a great start to the year, choosing the winners was no easy task!

The Irish FA Foundation and McDonald’s are delighted to offer children aged 5 to 11 the opportunity to play football through our upcoming McDonald's Fun Football programme.

This is their final block of 2026, running as a free 6-week course.

Free 6-Week Football Course for Primary School Pupils

These sessions are completely free of charge and serve as an introductory football programme, making them ideal for children who want to try football for the very first time in a fun, pressure-free environment.

Centres are spread up and down the country, including dedicated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) specific centres, so please check all available venues to find the one that best suits your child's needs.

Please note: Places at these centres are notoriously popular and fill up quickly, so parents are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible to secure a spot!
