The Isle of Wight Society for the Blind and Partially Sighted We are a local, independant charity based in Newport on the Isle of Wight, set up to support Visually Impaired People.

The Society is helped by many volunteers who give up their time to visit visually impaired people in their own homes, as well as to help with the various activities that the society provides. We offer support, information and activities to help visually impaired people and their families. Our aim is to help Visually impaired people to maintain independence, learn new skills, participate in social, physical and educational activities reducing loneliness and isolation along the way.
