I'm renting out bedrooms in my five bedroom house. There are currently four other roommates in the house. I'm hoping to find someone that is fun-loving young professionals or students over 21, but under 35.

The rent is $450 per month, all bills paid (rent, electric, water, cable, internet, etc.) with a refundable deposit of $200. The lease would most likely be 6 months to start out with. If you decided to move in you'd share a bathroom with one other person.

The house is furnished except for the bedrooms. There's a pool table, a bunch of large TVs, washer/dryer, and big deck in the backyard with a hammock, grill, and firepit.
