Plantpots Playgroup/Preschool Our Story

At Plantpots Montessori Nursery we help chíldren learn through play with a particular emphasis on free flow outdoor play.

Plantpots Playgroup/Preschool is an Ofsted registered nursery school for children aged 9 months to 5 years, based at Great Park Community Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne. We are based at the Great Park Community Centre, Gosforth, and take children aged between 2-5 years. Our hours are from 9am-3pm, Monday to
Friday, term time only, with wrap-around care provided between 8-9am and 3-4pm. The preschool room is Led by a qualified teacher and we are fully Ofsted registered. Government grants are accepted, Including those for eligible two year olds. Our Vision

🍂 HELLO SEPTEMBER 🍂

A new month, a new nursery year and lots of exciting adventures ahead! 🌿✨

We’re so happy to welcome our children back to Plantpots Great Park and to say a very special hello to all of the new children and families joining us this September. 💛

The start of a new term is always an exciting time — settling into new routines, making new friends, building confidence and discovering lots of new things through play and learning.

We’re looking forward to another wonderful year filled with Montessori learning, creativity, Spanish, music, movement, outdoor play and plenty of opportunities for our little ones to explore, discover and grow. 🌈🎨🌿

Here’s to a September filled with happy faces, new friendships, lots of learning and plenty of special memories along the way.

☀️🌻 Hello August! 🌻☀️

We hope all of our Plantpots Playgroup & Preschool families are enjoying a wonderful summer break and making lots of special memories together! 💛

As we welcome a brand new month, we’re already looking forward to another exciting year filled with fun, friendships, learning and new adventures.

We can’t wait to welcome back all of our returning children and say hello to the new families joining us for the first time in September!

Together we’ll enjoy plenty of creative play, outdoor exploration, exciting discoveries and opportunities to learn and grow every day.

For now, enjoy the rest of the summer holidays, make the most of the sunshine and cherish the special moments together. We’ll see you all very soon, ready for another fantastic year at Plantpots! ☀️💚

We’ve reached the final month of our summer term here at Plantpots, and we’re ready to make it our most magical month yet! 🌻🎨💦

With just a few weeks to go, there’s still so much fun ahead! From creative arts and crafts, exciting water play, and outdoor adventures to special end-of-term celebrations and treats, every day is filled with opportunities to learn, laugh, and make wonderful memories together. 🎉🌈

Our children will be enjoying a day full of muddy adventures as they explore, create, and have fun outdoors.
