Re-opened in September 2019 by local activists after a four-year closure, we’re an award-winning social enterprise and registered charity powered by passionate volunteers and a professional staff team. In our lovely warm, uniquely shaped, accessible pool we offer lane and family swimming, Aquafit classes, fun inflatables, pool parties and male and female only sessions. Additionally, we run both gr
oup and one to one swimming lessons from the tiniest of toddlers with their parents up to adult classes at any age. Our Swim England and STA accredited lessons start from age 4 with friendly instructors and lots of support to ensure you enjoy learning to swim. Lastly, we also deliver RLSS lifeguard courses and host clubs for scuba diving, triathlon training and other exciting pursuits. Additionally, we have a well-equipped gym with a range of cardiovascular and weight stack machines, free weights and dumbbells. We can also help you make exercise plans and support you to achieve your goals. Most importantly, we have dedicated male and female only gym sessions. The fitness studio is where we hold a range of classes from Pilates to Zumba. We are always here to advise on what would best suit your level of fitness.
