Following the award of points for our game vs Seaham, Wallsend have finally been confirmed as Counties 3 Durham & Northumberland Champions.

The double is complete 🏆🏆

It's been far from a straightforward campaign with rearranged fixtures, often huge gaps between games and the uncertainty around the league meant nothing was ever settled. However, this title is a reward for the commitment and effort everyone who donned the Wallsend shirt this season.

Fittingly, it went right down to the final play of the final game when a Ben Grieveson try secured the bonus point needed to seal the league title. A moment that will no doubt become the answer to a Wallsend trivia question in years to come.
