TIWUP is an ideal conceived by a single person. An ideal that yearns the contribution of ideas from the public, to create a political party with a manifesto designed by it's members; the public. A political ideal that is capable of being realised. Our intentions and plans are to create a political movement that can become a bona fide party and make Great Britain a much better place to live, work a
nd visit. Our intention is to ensure that Great Britain becomes an example of peaceful and harmonious existence to the rest of the world. We have a multicultural society to be proud of, we need to help to integrate communities and show that tolerance is the way. Our intention is to create a liberal, free thinking government AND society. If TIWUP had power within the UK government it would act:

The United Kingdom shall be run by a trustworthy, transparent and up-front government, consisting of people from all backgrounds. The people of the United Kingdom shall be represented as people and will be entitled by law to the right of referendum on acts which would have implications upon the present constitution of the UK & laws which are passed within the House of Commons and the implementation of EU law. Our policies will be decided by the people and the UK parliament. Any vote passed by the House of Commons will count as 50% of any act and a referendum will be held and the people’s vote will count as 50%. TIWUP believe our society needs to be more democratic than it is under the concept of the current UK government. TIWUP will start to transform the way our economic system works, in order for all of society to prosper. TIWUP believe in a truly democratic and fair society. TIWUP believe education & knowledge is the fabric of society. TIWUP believe a society that does not look after the vulnerable, will never become strong. TIWUP believe in a society that enables ALL to prosper. TIWUP believe in one WORLD, not just our country. Freedom and peace can be attained if we reform our way of thinking, if not immediately then it needs to be done gradually; a transition. As people, we desire something more, something that is one, something we all work for, and equally, benefit from. If we start change from the bottom upwards, we might make progress! TIWUP Economic Policy
The TIWUP Party feels that the economic policy has to be at the heart of any campaign, we feel strongly about the effectiveness of the ‘business’ of the UK. we feel that during a very difficult time we should not be making cuts to public services, we should be taxing large companies in the correct manner whilst maintaining the growth we have seen over the past 12 months. Businesses will be supported and encouraged to grow. TIWUP will support new businesses. we will seek to relieve the tax burden of small and medium businesses. TIWUP will impose larger taxes on large corporate entities carrying out business in the UK. Laws will be changed to ensure that large corporations are not able to ‘opt-out’ of the UK tax system, if they do business in the UK, they will pay tax in the UK! TIWUP would seek for EU and Worldwide tax unification, to put an end to tax havens and to ensure that no country is cheaper or more profitable to do business in when it comes to tax. TIWUP plan to cut MP’s wages of approximately £41,000,000 by at least £10,000,000 per year. That figure DOES NOT include Prime Ministers wage cut of £90,000 per year. Nor does it include ministers’ expenses which we wouldn’t like to estimate. The combined ministerial and parliamentary salary of the Prime Minister is £142,500 at April 2013. This figure includes the parliamentary salary of £66,396. TIWUP will reduce the Prime Ministers salary to a flat £100,000
TIWUP have a desire to stay within the European Union. We are aware of the massive cost, per year, of being part of the EU. TIWUP are also aware of the rebate the UK receives from the EU, per year – around 2/3 of what TIWUP pay in. The UK also gain increased and easier trading with EU countries… Try importing or exporting something direct from Norway, a non-EU country! The current trading situation is not ideal. We would prefer a ‘World Union’ in which countries have blanket laws and a blanket tax system that is fair to all. TIWUP believe in a free trading world. Newly acquired government owned banks will act as a support to our banking system rather than driving the country’s lending. Our desire is that bank managers will KNOW their customers, including those of private banks, thus kick starting an effective economy rather than a borrowing economy. Our government owned banks can be a stable saving portal, with minimal interest & massive security. Taxpayers would see a benefit to government owned banks. If our banks fail in future, they will be held responsible, NOT the UK government & taxpayer. TIWUP will endeavour to make the industrial use of H**p legal in the UK. We can see this would be a benefit to a number of industries in the UK, namely agriculture & farming, clothing manufacture, paper manufacture and the pharmaceutical industry. Our view sees the global industrialisation of H**p as beneficial, a global cash crop, able to help the poorest people and businesses and agricultural & industrial trades of developing countries. TIWUP Education
TIWUP believe that education is the making of our nation. Every single child at a state school in the UK will receive compulsory free school meals. Thus ensuring children from even the poorest background is guaranteed at least one nutritious meal Monday to Friday during term time. All school age children will receive free fruit and milk. TIWUP will work with teachers to make changes to the education system, to the benefit of the students and teachers. There will be no national curriculum, only an individual curriculum, suited to the needs of the child with consultation of parents. A creative child would be encouraged to create, a child interested in sports would be taught with an emphasis on physical education, a child with an interest in physics would concentrate on the sciences. Our children would be encouraged to flourish in their interests, rather than a curriculum whereby a ‘non-academic’ child is written off due to bad behaviour. As a result of these changes we predict a healthier, more productive, free thinking and intelligent population. TIWUP Law and Order
Our vision is a safer, more hospitable Britain to live in. TIWUP want crimes to be punished in a way that is fair & just, deters people from committing crime, has sentencing that is appropriate for both victims and perpetrators of crime. TIWUP see the growing trends in violent crime a problem and feel that current laws are too lenient. TIWUP seek to increase sentencing for ANY violent crime and increase severity of sentencing accordingly if weapons are used. TIWUP also see an unnecessary severity in sentencing on some ‘crimes’ that could be dealt with differently, which if dealt with differently could have a double affect. People would feel less ‘criminalised’ and the community could benefit from lower sentencing for some crimes i.e. community service or NHS help, rather than custodial sentencing. Any criminal justice acts or changes to our legal system would need to be put to referendum. TIWUP will look to decriminalise all drugs. Drugs that are considered to be ‘recreational’ will be made available, through licensed means. Drugs considered a nuisance to the community and society will remain decriminalised and available through official means, but will face heavy taxation. Users of these drugs will be directed towards rehabilitation. Black-market drug dealers will be outlawed. They will be in the same class as to***co smugglers/sellers/dealers. To***co will become a ‘controlled substance’. A substance controlled and taxed by our ‘government’ much the same as ‘recreational drugs. All drug use will be decriminalised, but controlled, with non-custodial rehab/therapy for people that have problems with substances. All decriminalised drugs will remain ‘controlled substances’. Black market sellers will be dealt with harshly. Serious consideration will be given to the legalisation of Cannabis for recreational and medicinal use. TIWUP Health
TIWUP would aim to invest more money in our NHS. We need to expand our hospital network, which is what it must become, to look after our ever increasing population. As well as this, our NHS needs to care for those addicted to drugs, not just Ni****ne. But alcohol and other drugs readily available on the black market. As a result of our social service house calls TIWUP envisage increased demand on the NHS. TIWUP will seek independent research on all chemical food additives. Laws will be changed where necessary. TIWUP believe in a caring society. Within 1 year of this group gaining a democratic standing in parliament, we aim to visit every household in Britain, by a social services representative, a trustworthy ‘warden’ with experience in aspects of health, social and community care. Each person, in every household will be registered with their nearest Doctor AND Dentist, if they aren’t already. We will offer help to those in need. TIWUP think that help is normally better received than asked for. TIWUP will provide help to those whom accept it. Social services should be a caring service for everyone, not a service that only becomes active if allegations are made or a family makes mistakes. Elderly people in need of social care will be cared for in a dignified and attentive way. House visits will be made longer to ensure greater attentiveness by their carers. Parking at hospitals will be free. VNR will be used to ensure all car park users are hospital visitors.
