Network Service Issue

Unfortunately our network sim provider is currently experiencing an outage again, which may hamper our ability to communicate with our chargers and as a result you may experience problems at our GeniePoint chargers.

- Starting a Charge: You can try using any RFID card on the RFID reader, but please note this may not always work.

- Stopping a Charge or Stuck Cables: If you're unable to stop charging or have a stuck cable, please press the emergency stop button where available. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, call our customer service helpline for assistance.
