Cuffe and Lacey - North East We train foster carers and provide therapy and social work services for families, local authorities and professionals. 🦋

Cuffe and Lacey Associates is a small family owned and run fostering agency. We are looking for individuals and families who like children and young people and want to be in a position to help them achieve a bright future. Fostering offers children and young people the opportunity to experience positive family life.

• No formal qualifications are required, full training and support are offered fr

om the Cuffe and Lacey team. An ability and desire to learn is essential.
• Foster carers are a unique workforce who offer short or long term care to children and young people in their home. you can foster alongside other work commitments.
• You will be part of a team of professionals supporting children who are unable to live with their birth family.
• Foster carers receive a payment to maintain each childs cost of living plus a payment for their skills, totalling around £400 per week £20,800 per annum tax free.
• You will need a spare bedroom for the sole use of fostered children.

Foster carers look after children when they are unable to live with their own families. This is for lots of different reasons, and we need lots of different foster carers to help make sure all children have the home that's right for them. Foster carers work with professionals and the child's family to make sure they are kept safe, happy and healthy.
