One of the 5 key values we hold as a business is Transparency. Why is it so important?

Recruiters get a bad rep in the industry for misleading and sometimes not giving the whole picture to candidates and clients because it might mean they don't end up making that all-important deal. Because surely making money is all the matter to a recruitment company.......right?? ๐Ÿ‘€

If you mislead someone they WILL find out and guess what? Not only have you lost that relationship, but people talk! You've potentially now soured your name with people you have yet to meet.....that's not the greatest way to work with people.

Working in our sector it's so important to have strong values. Our Social Workers and their colleagues work hard to uphold their's and as recruiters, we have a responsibility to do the same.

Honesty is number one for us - no one likes a recruiter that avoids calls, bends the truth, or even worse tells a complete pack of lies! We firmly believe that regardless of how difficult or uncomfortable it may be, honesty is the best policy!
