Thank you to all the pupils, parents and staff. I have had an emotional but lovely last day. I have been overwhelmed by your cards, gifts and generosity. My dining room table is full of presents and flowers. Have a lovely Easter break.

We love books and World Book Day. The children were buzzing about the book swap and their wonderful book jar creations today. However, it is not just a one off day at our school, reading is at our heart. Our classes are all well stocked with high quality texts to engage children to have a love of reading and our library is getting an amazing revamp bespoke to our school.
Huge thanks to the Friends of Compton Primary School for their fundraising and hard work on our library revamp

We are so excited about our library mural. Thank you to the Focps for clearing the library and painting the walls. The mural was started today which was organised by the Focps. Great progress for mural day 1.
