Quackers Play Centre - Newbridge On Wye Quackers is a family play centre, and children don't have all the fun - adults are allowed on all the At Quackers children don't have all the fun.

As well as a 4 lane astro slide we have the biggest drop slide in Mid-Wales, a tube slide, roller racers, a rope bridge, ball pool and many other exciting features including softball cannons and double dropslide in our brand new extension for 2014. Outside there is a large sandpit, race track with pedal go-karts, outdoor play equipment and a nature walk round the lake. Adults are allowed on all the play equipment too. Our 5 star hygeine rated Cowshed Café serves a wide selection of home cooked meals and snacks, and upstairs we have two themed party rooms and a larger room for parties, meetings or small conferences. During very busy periods we may regretfully have to limit your stay in the play area to 2 hours, for safety reasons. At other times you will be allowed to stay for as long as we are open and as long as you have the energy. Due to Covid restrictions we are currently operating on timed sessions and a reduced menu. We’re a family business. While we may give the illusion of a clean and polish social media account, behind it is a mother daughter trio juggling, running a business (2 new to the business) while raising toddlers, also having jobs in the NHS and redeveloping our upstairs area to be able to expand on what we already offer here at Quackers!

We may not always get it right but I can say with complete certainty that we give 100% and try to give our best! It’s tough on small businesss and the hospitality sector at the moment and we want to give a shout out to everyone in the sector giving their all to make a success of the business. Without independent businesses we wouldn’t have the cute craft and gift shops on our hight streets, or the cafes and restaurants in our towns or the holiday accommodations that bring tourism and revenue and employment into our local economy.

Nine times out of ten I’m winging it with our content, I’m relatively new to it and sometimes it lands and sometimes it doesn’t.

Thank you to everyone who visits us, likes, comments and shares our posts! We see you and appriciate the support! It means more than you know! Every like gives hope and encouragement to a mum and her two daughters carrying on their dads legacy 💙

Did you know our Forest room artwork is all hand painted?!

Painted 22 years ago before we first opened by a family friend 🥰 this room has hosted so many children’s parties over the years and after Covid and all the restrictions we moved our parties down into the play area!

But now we’re giving this room a new lease of life and the best bit, the artwork is staying! There’s no way we could paint over this ❤️
