Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Engineer
Experienced fire alarm engineer / technician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience required for our established Nottinghamshire company.
Ideal applicants will have experience of Conventional and Addressable systems including Advance, C-Tec and Kentec, you would be required to work in accordance with BS5839.
Must be able to service, fault find, install and survey for additional works/remedial work to ensure BS5839 compliance.
Additionally, applicants will have experience and knowledge of Emergency Lighting systems, working in accordance with BS5266
Applications are welcomed from skilled persons with confidence and ability to work on their own initiative and problem solve.
Installation and commissioning systems in varying environments will be necessary.
FIRECREST UK LTD have a large established customer base throughout Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lancashire, Yorkshire & Lincolnshire and are continually growing.
Interested applicants must be willing to travel beyond the region - as and when required and career progression is offered to suitable candidates.
Company vehicle and Mobile phone are supplied.
Salary dependent on experience. £33k-£37K including bonuses

It was so refreshing to hear Professor Paul Christensen, a leading expert on Lithium ion batteries, confirm that NO fire extinguisher or suppression system can stop the thermal runaway of Lithium ion battery. In fact, in some cases it exasperates the situation.
