For this week's volunteer submission, Gareth has offered another book looking at The Recovery Letters. An interesting read for those interested in mental health and depression, as well as for those dealing with depression themselves. It is available in English in paperback, as an online audiobook and in Welsh as an ebook through your library membership.

Ar gyfer cyflwyniad gwirfoddol yr wythnos hon, mae Gareth wedi cynnig llyfr arall sy'n edrych ar The Recovery Letters. Darlleniad diddorol i'r rhai sydd â diddordeb mewn iechyd meddwl ac iselder, yn ogystal ag i'r rhai sy'n delio ag iselder eu hunain. Mae ar gael yn Saesneg mewn clawr meddal, fel llyfr sain ar-lein ac yn Gymraeg fel e-lyfr trwy aelodaeth eich llyfrgell.

Welcome to a new series of posts where our volunteers will share reviews of their favourite and recommended books available at Ceredigion libraries. You can find them either in the library itself or order them from other libraries.

Starting things off, we have Gareth sharing a book he enjoyed called Counselling for Toads. Check out the image description for a more in-depth review.
