Neath Port Talbot CVS are proud to facilitate weekly cuppa and chat sessions at Resolven Building Blocks Family Centre.

Funded through the Neath Port Talbot Council Loneliness and Isolation Small Grant Scheme, and Swansea Bay’s three Neath Port Talbot-based Local Cluster Collaboratives – Afan Cluster, Neath Cluster and Upper Valleys Cluster - the sessions are helping to tackle loneliness and isolation in the area.

The Cuppa and Chat group (pictured below) provides an outlet for women aged 50 and over to meet, make friends and try different activities and hobbies.

Join NPT Mind for the Great British Beach Clean 2026! Wednesday 23rd September 1pm–3pm (18+)

As part of the Great British Beach Clean 2026, we’re inviting anyone 18+ to join us 1pm-3pm in picking up litter to help clear our coastline - and clear our minds!

Whether you’re coming along on your own or with friends, everyone is welcome. It’s a great opportunity to get outdoors, meet others and do something positive for our local environment.

🎨🖌️ This morning the CVS Staff Team enjoyed a teambuilding session, swapping our laptops for paintbrushes and painting portraits of each other.

There were lots of laughs, plenty of creativity, and some very interesting artistic interpretations along the way!
