We are looking for a COVER PA to support a lady in her 70’s living in the Margam area. The hours are 11am to 2pm for the 17th & and 19th February.
Tasks include: Support at home with cleaning, laundry and with checking sell by dates on my shopping. Supporting with attending hospital/dentist appointments where necessary.

I am a gentleman in my 70s living in the Pontardawe area with my wife and just a short distance are my family who are very important to me. I am a Welsh speaker and would like to be able to converse with someone in Welsh. I enjoy reminiscing on times gone by as my short term memory isn't the best. You will often find me singing in Welsh and conversing in Welsh. My interests are sports and I enjoy watching rugby, football and cricket and talking about my time playing rugby.

I am looking for a PA to support and accompany me for short walks in my local community, or further afield for a cup of a tea and a walk at Aberavon. If the weather is poor I would like my PA to stay in my home with me and chat to me about times gone by, and my interests, watching classical TV together and even looking through my old photos.

I am a gentleman in my 50s living in the Cilfrew area with my pet dog. I love music, especially country rock. I enjoy all sports, films and I’m an animal lover. I have a very good sense of humour. I worked for many years in industry and I’m now a keen woodworker and make my own furniture. I also make a lot of items from resin. I have Parkinson’s which affects my mobility. I have Dystonia which causes my limbs to lock up. I am looking for a Personal Assistant to support me with massaging the muscles when the Dystonia affects me, helping me with transfers when my mobility is bad, prompting with medication and with personal care, supporting with making meals, light domestic duties.

2 x day shifts from 9am to 5pm
1 x night shift from 9:30pm to 7am

Days to be agreed but can be flexible

Night hours are from 10pm to 7am and are £35 per night, plus waking allowance of £12.60 per hour on top.

She occasionally expresses that she would like to go out into the community, but this is quite rare due to her physical fragility.
