I had the privilege of accompanying Cefn Saeson pupils as Chair of Governors to the Rotary Club of Neath's Awards Evening at the Castle Hotel last evening.
Congratulations to Megan Jones and Jake Dorgan on their speeches in representing Cefn Saeson Community Sennedd. Also to Lily Jenkins and Dan Collins on their solo performances. They looked very professional in their blazers and it was a good advertisement for the upcoming Musical in the school.
Thanks also to The Rotary Club for recognising the contribution that young people make to our civic life in Neath. Other schools represented were Dwr y Felin and Llangatwg Comprehensives who were also well represented by their young people.

Good to see the play equipment fully installed at Mt. Pleasant Park and the young children playing on it. Pleased to know that I helped to provide this with my funding. Young people enjoy this facility. Best wishes.

Whilst canvassing at the recent election I was asked :
- To have yellow lines at the junction of Alder Road and Cimla Crescent.
- To make Valley View a one way system.
- Have bollards placed in Cwm Nant.
I will make these my priority at the next Councillor's meeting with the Directorate. I have already put these on the want list to the Officers.

I will be holding my surgery at St. Peter & Paul's Church Hall on Saturday 4th June between 10.00 - 11.00 a.m.
I will hold my surgeries on the first Saturday of the month (except August).
