💦 NEW AQUA CIRCUITS CLASS 💦

We're excited to launch our brand-new Aqua Circuits class, running for the next 7 weeks from Wednesday 3rd June!

🗓 Wednesdays
⏰ 7pm – 8pm
📅 Starting 3rd June

This fun and challenging water-based workout combines a variety of exercises designed to improve fitness, strength and endurance, all while being gentle on the joints.

⚠️ Please note:
✔️ Part of the session will take place in the deep end.
✔️ Participants must be comfortable in 1.5m deep water.
✔️ You will be required to perform exercises where your feet leave the pool floor.

Whether you're looking to boost your fitness or try something new, Aqua Circuits is a fantastic way to get active in the water!
