Nantwich Equine Vets Purpose built Veterinary clinic with facilities to hospitalise horses for intensive care, surgery & indepth investigations. RCVS accredited Equine Practice

Based just outside Nantwich on the A51, our new Equine Centre built in 2009, provides state-of-the-art facilites in a spacious, rural setting, easy access and plenty of parking. Our 5 Equine Vets offer a full hospital-based equine service in addition to our ambulatory service in which we continue to perform routine work at yards, studs and clients homes. Some of the treatments available include;

* Digital Radiography
* Ultrasound
* Equine lameness treaments including; effective range of intra-articular joint treatments, Shockwave, Tildren, Acell, Stem Cell and IRAP, *NEW* platelet rich plasma system best available with excellent results for ligament healing
*Surgical facilities including; 2 padded knockdown & recovery rooms, Separate operating theatre
* Arthroscopy / Keyhole Surgery
* Stud work / Artificial Insemination including frozen semen
* Exercise arena
*Dedicated trot and safe lunging areas

What a beautiful way to end a fantastic weekend. The last horse has crossed the finish line, and everyone has made it home safely after a fantastic weekend.
A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers, officials and competitors for making it such a great event. It was a pleasure for Eadaoin to be there as the official vet. Now it’s time to enjoy this beautiful sunset and reflect on a wonderful weekend. Safe travels to everyone, and we look forward to seeing you all again next time! 🐴💙

Vaccination remains the best way to protect your horse against Equine Influenza and help reduce the spread of disease.

To help get more horses protected, we’re running a Vaccination Amnesty for the month of June.

✅ Start a primary flu vaccination course during this period and receive the 2nd vaccination FREE of charge.

• The second vaccination will be given 21-60 days after the first
• Available to previously unvaccinated horses or horses with lapsed vaccinations over 9 months.
• Please note that visit fees still apply

Alex has recently joined us as our new receptionist and has already settled in brilliantly, as you can see, she’s even won over our office dog Tilly 🐶💕
