On Wednesday 16th of September we want to celebrate National Fitness Day with you 🫵

Come down to the centre and take on one of our staff in a fitness challenge 💪😅(Lindsay is exempt - she wanted that to be very clear 😂🫢)
Think you've got what it takes to beat us? There's only one way to find out! 🏆

We will also have drop in gym inductions all day 🙌

And a wee game of "Guess the Weight" (of a dumbbell, not the staff 😂)
