Shocking!

Henry Nowak was stabbed and killed by the Sikh Vickrum Digwa.

This is the official body cam footage that has been released.

The footage shows Nowak repeatedly stating that he had been stabbed and that he couldn't breathe, which the officers seemingly disregarded, failing to notice Nowak's injuries and call emergency medical services before he became unresponsive.
