Well, that’s a wrap for another year!

This year the celebration event was held in the beautiful Colzium House in Kilsyth, which is surrounded by beautiful gardens that we knew our winners would appreciate!

Thank you to all of our winners for coming along yesterday. We hope you all had an amazing time and congratulations!!🥳

We can’t wait to see all the amazing gardens again next year!💐🌻

Today North Lanarkshire Federation of Tenants & Residents hosted their Food forThought session since returning from a well-deserved summer break.

The session gave tenants information relating to changes to the Housing Act (Scotland).

It was great to welcome so many people, with some new faces in attendance.

By now most of you may have already heard, our wonderful Tenant Participation Officer, Nancy has decided to hang up her TP boots & will be retiring on 17th September 😢

We are so happy for Nancy but gutted at the same time, as she will be sorely missed 💔

As you can imagine she will be spending the next few weeks saying goodbye to her cherished groups, with all her groups wanting to righly spoil her.

So far she has been treated by Dundyvan Gardens, Kirkwood Tenants & Residents Association 2023, Kirkshaws & then earlier tonight she received this beautiful keepsake (as below) from Whifflet Tenants & Residents Association. EST 2013-what a wonderful gesture.

Best wishes for a very happy retirement Nancy. Your help over the years, has been very much appreciated. From all in Whifflet group. 👏🏻👏🏻🌺🌺 .

📶 Ultrafast broadband is coming to all council homes!

We're fitting ultrafast broadband in all council homes over the next five to seven years, helping more tenants get connected and access online services, education, healthcare, employment opportunities and more.

A pilot installation programme is already underway. If your home is included, you should have received a letter from us.

Well done to Meadowside Gardens Tenants and Residents Association on a successful first event for World Senior Citizens Day!

Their event was a look into the past, with the history of Airdrie being highlighted from the 1800s until now.

Tenants and Residents had a lovely afternoon reminiscing on their time living in Airdrie and looking back on pictures of the past 👏👏
