Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd - Temporary Road Closure - Ebbsfleet Lane North, Ramsgate - 14th June 2026 (Thanet District)
Due to works planned to be undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd, it will be necessary to close part of Ebbsfleet Lane North, Ramsgate, from 14th June 2026 with estimated completion by 15th June 2026.

Ebbsfleet Lane North, Ramsgate, will be closed at the level crossing, between the hours of 01:00 and 04:00 only, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
There is no alternative route. Every effort will be made to maintain access for residents whenever it is safe to do so.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing maintenance works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

Southern Water - Temporary Road Closure - Laundry Road, Ramsgate - 10th June 2026 (Thanet District)
Due to works planned to be undertaken by Southern Water, it will be necessary to close part of Laundry Road, Ramsgate, from 10th June 2026 with estimated completion by 16th June 2026.

Laundry Road, Ramsgate, will be closed at the side of Wensley 1 The Lanes, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Foxborough Lane, Tothill Street, Laundry Road and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing water works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Southern Water.

Due to works planned to be undertaken by UK Power Networks, it will be necessary to close part of Prospect Road, Minster, from 6th July 2026 with estimated completion by 10th July 2026.

Prospect Road, Minster, will be closed outside number 1, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Prospect Road, Augustine Road, Freemans Road, Monkton Road and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing utility works to be carried out, works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

Openreach - Temporary Road Closure - Grinsell Hill, Ramsgate - 8th July 2026 (Thanet District)
Due to works planned to be undertaken by Openreach, it will be necessary to close part of Grinsell Hill, Ramsgate, from 8th July 2026 with estimated completion by 9th July 2026.

Grinsell Hill, Ramsgate, will be closed 125m West of Thorne Cottages, between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 only, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Grinsell Hill, Cottington Road, Cottington Link, A299 Sevenscore Roundabout, A299 Hengist Way, A299 Mount Pleasant, Tothill Street, Foxborough Lane, The Lanes and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing fibre works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Openreach.

A299 ROADWORKS
Temporary Road Closures – A299 Thanet Way, St Nicholas At Wade – from 1st July 2026 for up to 3 months.
Because of highway repair and maintenance works, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibiting through traffic on A299 Thanet Way, St Nicholas At Wade, as per the schedule below.

This Order takes effect on or after 1st July 2026 for a period of up to 3 months or until the works have been completed. Planned dates will be published in advance of the works and indicated by signage displayed on site 14 days before they start. Road closures and other restrictions will be in effect when the appropriate signage and barriers are in place.

SCHEDULE

A299 Thanet Way, St Nicholas At Wade
The road will be closed between the hours of 20:00 and 05:00 only.
From A299 St Nicholas Roundabout to A299 Monkton Roundabout.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via A253 Canterbury Road, A253 Ramsgate Road, A28 Canterbury Road and vice versa.

Fuel Fest - 40MPH Speed Limit & Prohibition of Parking - B2190 Spitfire Way, Ramsgate & B2050 Manston Road East, Minster - 25th July 2026 (Thanet District)
Due to Fuel Fest taking place, it will be necessary to impose a mandatory 40MPH speed limit on part of B2190 Spitfire Way, Ramsgate. A prohibition of parking will be imposed on part of B2050 Manston Road East, Minster, from 25th July 2026 with estimated completion by 25th July 2026.

Restrictions will be imposed between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 only, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
B2190 Spitfire Way will have a mandatory 40MPH speed limit imposed the entire length.
B2050 Manston Road East will have a prohibition of parking imposed between the junctions of B2190 Spitfire Way and Manston Court Road.

Right Guard Security UK Ltd require these restrictions for the safety of the public and event personnel while allowing Fuel Fest to take place.
