Permanent, Full-time 37 hours per week 8.15am-4.15pm Monday to Thursday 8.15am-3.45pm Friday

Grade 5: £21,322 - £24,491 per annum £18,420 - £21,157 pro rata, term time plus training days, 39 weeks a year.

An opportunity has arisen at both of our schools for an organised and efficient Advisor to work with our HR director to provide support in all areas of HR. You will be the first point of contact for staff with responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation and contractual information using our management information You will be supported by the HR Director in the delivery of a high quality, operational HR service to the Headteachers and staff.

The successful candidates will be required to work at a high level of accuracy, have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to build effective relationships with key members of staff and external stakeholders.

Experience working in HR is preferred for this role, but strong communication, organisation and IT skills and an enthusiastic, proactive approach are equally important in this busy and varied position.

This role would suit someone who is a team player, enjoys being ‘hands on’, enthusiastic, motivated and takes pride in all they do. Although this post will predominantly be based at The Hazeley Academy, there may be an occasional requirement to work across the Trust to meet the operational needs of the organisation.

This role will work on a shirt rotation pattern as follows: Early Shift: 7am – 3pm, Middle Shift: 8am – 4pm and Late Shift: 2pm – 10pm. Saturday: 8am-6pm

The ideal candidate will: -
• Have experience of working in a similar or hands-on role
• Be IT literate, although full training will be given
• Be able to carry out general repairs
• Can demonstrate they can manage their workload effectively
• Have good interpersonal skills and a team player

We are looking to recruit a temporary named student Teaching Assistant’s to work under the direct supervision of the Excellence Department to support access to learning for children with mobility, learning or social and communication difficulties. Your role will include working with a number of children in lessons or on a 1-1 basis which may include pre-teaching or recapping skills already learnt. You must enjoy working with children and be able to relate well to both students and adults and want to make a difference to the lives of our young people. Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with children with a SEN need and/or an understanding of the support they will need to succeed in a mainstream secondary school. The primary subjects you may cover could be Business Studies, Economics, Music, Mathematics, English, Geography, History, Science and PE. Although you could cover any discipline that our curriculum offers. Although not essential, a degree in one of the disciplines we offer will be advantageous.
