Talking to young people about s*x, relationships and consent can feel awkward — but knowing where to start can make all the difference.

We’re working with the iCaSH team to offer a free, practical session for parents and carers, covering:

💜 S*x and relationships
🧡 Healthy relationships
💗 Consent and boundaries
💬 Open and honest communication

🗑️🌿 Broughton Litter Pick! 🌿🗑️

Another brilliant Saturday morning litter pick, with lots of lovely superstar volunteers (and a few very helpful doggies 🐶🐾!) giving up just 30 minutes of their time to help keep Broughton looking its best.

And what a difference half an hour can make… around 8 bags of rubbish collected! 🙌

It really shows that you don’t need to give up hours of your day to make an impact. A little bit of time from lots of people can make a BIG difference. ❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who came along — every bag collected helps make Broughton an even nicer place to live, work and enjoy. 🌳💚

📍 Next up… Middleton!
Our next community litter pick will be Sunday 20th September at 10:30am, just over the bridge in Middleton.

This will be the first litter pick in the area, so it would be fantastic to see lots of support! 🙌 If you fancy giving just half an hour of your Sunday morning, you’d be very welcome. 🧤🐶

Join our fantastic Litter Warriors this Saturday at 10:30am at Tanfield Lane Square, Broughton and help keep our community looking its best.

🧤 All litter-picking equipment is provided – just bring yourself and a pair of sturdy shoes!

Whether you’re a regular volunteer or joining us for the first time, we’d love to see you there. Every little bit helps make a big difference. 💚

This Saturday!! The BIG Park Hangout with our friends The Parks Trust!!

We can’t wait for Big Park Hangout this Saturday!

As well as lots of fun activities, there’s also a fantastic line-up of music and entertainment on the stage 🎶

This event for 11–17-year-olds is completely free to attend and there’s a shuttle bus you can book from Conniburrow, Whitehouse and Bletchley to help with travel 🚌

All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. There’s a parents and carers area so you can relax whilst older teens enjoy the event.
