Today, Tracy and I had the most amazing meeting with the team at Hazeltree, and we’re delighted to announce that we’ve formed a partnership to provide peer-to-peer support for fellow stroke survivors. 💙
From the moment we walked through the door, it was clear that Hazeltree is a special place. Their enthusiasm, compassion, and commitment to creating a safe, welcoming environment shines through in every member of the team, as well as in the people they support and care for every day.
With extensive experience supporting individuals with a wide range of disabilities and needs, Hazeltree feels like the perfect fit for our growing stroke community.
In all our venue searches, Tracy and I have never come across a place that offers so much under one roof. Many organisations could learn from what they’ve created here.
