Know Your Numbers! Week

Every September, blood pressure checks are taken by thousands to prevent heart attacks and strokes. Around a third of people in the UK have high blood pressure, but most don’t know it. It doesn’t have any symptoms so, the only way to find out is to have a blood pressure check.

💜 September is World Alzheimer’s Month

Each September, people around the world come together to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and all forms of dementia while challenging the stigma that still exists.

This year's theme is "The Earlier You Know, The More You Can Do: A Dementia Diagnosis Matters." Early diagnosis can help people access the information, support, and care they need.
