Alcohol, Gambling and Data Study Request

If interested, participants can attend one of the below sessions:

St James’ Park (Newcastle), Tuesday 27th October 13:00 to 16:30
The Riverside (Middlesbrough), Wednesday 28th October 13:00 to 16:30
Stadium of Light (Sunderland), Thursday 29th October 14:30 to 18:00

Each participant will receive £75 for their participation. I have attached a poster which can be distributed.

Spotlight Award for Glen
Today, I had the pleasure of presenting Glen from the South Tees Dual Diagnosis Team (B.R.I.C.C) with a Spotlight Award.

Working with some of the most vulnerable people across South Tees, Glen helps individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges to access the support they need. Through outreach, assessments, and strong partnership working, he plays a key role in helping people move from crisis towards recovery and stability.

Congratulations, Glen, on this well-deserved recognition. 🌟

Harley Street Mental Health have been commissioned by Middlesbrough Council and Redcar and Cleveland Council to help develop the South Tees Autism Strategy.

The strategy is a five year plan to improve support, access to services and everyday life for autistic people across the two boroughs. They want local people to help decide its priorities and practical actions, what is working, what is difficult and what needs to change.

A diagnosis is not needed. People waiting for an assessment or who think they may be autistic can take part, as can families, carers, advocates and people who support local autistic people.
