Job Role:

To support a male client who requires 24 hour care, based in Stokesley from the clients home, must be a driver.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide individuals with care and support in all aspects of daily living
Support to administer and manage medication in accordance with policy and procedure
Complete accurate records and ensure that each individual has an up-to-date support plan
Promote safe working practices and respond to emergencies as required

General:

Adhere to all policies and procedures
Ensure quality standards are maintained
Attend meetings when required
Attend and undertake learning and development as required
Promote and ensure the good reputation of the organisation
Carry out any other tasks reasonably assigned to you

Hours / Environment:

You will be required to work shifts as part of a team providing 24-hour cover, seven days a week and may have your time split between settings such as individuals’ homes, day centre and other community settings .
