6 Regiment Army Air Corps This is the official Facebook presence for 6 Regiment Army Air Corps Reserves.

6 Regiment Army Air Corps is the only Reserve Army Aviation Regiment in the Corps. It provides trained groundcrew reinforcements who are able to deploy on operations and in support of exercises worldwide. Reserve personnel work alongside their Regular military colleagues on aircraft such as the Apache attack helicopter and the Wildcat helicopter, undertaking rearming and refuelling tasks.

Adventurous Training - Bavaria, Germany 2026

Developing the next generation of Junior Non-Commissioned Officers isn’t just about classroom learning—it’s about testing character, building resilience, and leading under pressure.

Recently, soldiers who have been successful on the initial AirTpr to LCpl promotion course took part in adventurous training designed to push them beyond their comfort zones. From physically demanding activities to problem-solving in challenging environments, the aim was clear: build resilient leaders who can adapt and succeed in any situation.

AT plays a vital role in this process—strengthening teamwork, boosting confidence, and sharpening decision-making skills. These experiences allow soldiers to practise leadership in dynamic, unpredictable settings, reinforcing the responsibilities expected of a leader.

The result? More confident, capable, and resilient leaders ready to step up and deliver.

Passing out is no small achievement - it takes , and . These Airtrooper's have demonstrated all of that and more, and we are excited to see the contribution they will make as they begin their trade training in the AAC.
