What makes a child feel like they truly belong? At St Padarns Playgroup in Ceredigion, the answer is simple: celebrate who they are.

From the moment families walk through the door, their languages, cultures and traditions are embraced. Staff greet children in their home languages, parents share stories and customs, and Welsh heritage sits proudly alongside every family’s own.

A wonderful example of inclusive practice in action.

This year Carers Week is all about building carer friendly communities.

Carer friendly communities are places, spaces, services and community groups where unpaid carers are recognised, understood, and valued. They make support part of everyday life ensuring carers get the opportunities and help they need.

By adding your name you’ll be part of a movement to better support carers across the UK.
