We are currently recruiting on call fire fighters at the maryport station and we are holding a open day this Tuesday from 1900hrs to 2100hr if your interested in giving it a go call down and see us for a crack get all the info you need and have a look around the station.

For all road users out there please read the info below on how to act when an emergency vehicle is approaching you.
On 3 occasions tonight we’ve witnessed drivers slowing down and crawling along the road and not stopping which makes it difficult for our drivers to judge the on coming vehicles.

Can everyone who is attending maryport arlfc firework display tonight please be mindful of the access in and out of the fire station and try not to park in front of it as this is our busiest night of the year. Very much appreciated.
