Stonehenge its known for its internationally important archaeology and chalk grassland restoration work and, as a National Trust Ranger, you’ll be supporting the management of both.

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience of working outdoors, conservation work, or land management.

Big changes are underway in the Stonehenge Landscape and this is your chance to see them up close.

Join Archaeologist Dr Nick Snashall and Lead Ranger Keith Steggall for a guided walk through this iconic World Heritage Site.

Over approximately 2.5 miles, you’ll discover how we’re restoring one of Britain’s rarest natural habitats while protecting its incredible archaeology.

What to expect:

🔎 Insights into the lives of prehistoric communities
🔎 A closer look at the array of chalk grassland species

The walk will start and finish (10am – 1pm) at West Amesbury Farm on Wednesday 22 July.
