This week we celebrated Anne’s 10th anniversary with the BDMA! 🎉

Over the past decade, Anne has been a constant and valued member of the BDMA team in her role as Accounts and Office Administrator. She has supported our members, helped keep the organisation running smoothly, and contributed greatly to the wider BDMA community. Many members will know Anne through their CPD submissions and the support she provides behind the scenes. She is also renowned for her determination when it comes to member retention, often going the extra mile to track down members who have changed employers to ensure they retain their membership.

We are incredibly grateful for everything Anne has given to the BDMA over the last ten years.

Nepal Floods: Our thoughts are with those affected

The BDMA is deeply saddened by the devastating floods that have struck parts of Nepal, causing significant loss of life, widespread damage to homes and infrastructure, and leaving many families and communities facing an uncertain future.

As an organisation dedicated to supporting professional standards in damage management and restoration and communities in distress, we recognise the immense challenges that follow disasters of this scale. The immediate priority remains the safety of those affected and the efforts of emergency responders, humanitarian organisations, and volunteers working tirelessly to assist communities in need.

We extend our sincere condolences to everyone who has lost loved ones and send our thoughts to all those impacted by this tragedy.
