Due to the increasing number of cancellations at short notice and high running cost I am afraid that I am going to have to bring in a cancellation policy for the pool.

A notice period of 24 hours is required to cancel your family swim space.

Failure to provide this notice period means that you are required to cover cost of your swim session in full if you would like to keep your space going forward.

I will always try and rebook any cancellations and will let you know if I have managed to cover the space.
