Our carer of the month for April was Tyler!

Tyler has been an incredible asset to the team and is a very deserving Support Worker of the Month. Since joining us, they have come such a long way, showing dedication, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting others. They have overcome a number of challenges along the way and have continued to grow in confidence and ability, always maintaining a positive attitude.

Tyler builds fantastic relationships with both clients and carers, who regularly speak highly of their kindness, patience, and support. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure those in their care feel valued, respected, and supported.
