**Media Advisory and Notice of Invitation To Join The People's Action

"A CALL FOR THE FILIPINO PEOPLE TO STAND UP AGAINST INJUSTICE, ABUSE OF POWER BY POLITICIANS AND TO RESIST AND REJECT THE COLLUSION AND CONSPIRACY OF HOUSE SPEAKER MARTIN "T". ROMUALDEZ WITH THE CPP-NPA-NDF URBAN AND PARTYLIST OPERATIVES"

--Freedom of Expression, Freedom of Speech and Free Press are inviolable inherent fundamental rights of the people, and these are guaranteed by our Constitution, the highest law in our country.

No government authority or any state instrumentality can trample upon, much less violate these inherent and fundamental rights of the prople; not even Congress or the President can violate these sacred rights of the people.

What happened to Ka Eric, Dr. Lorraine Badoy, and SMNI is least expected by the people to happen inside the Halls of Congress, especially that Congress is among the pillars of democracy where people's fundamental rights and freedom must be guaranteed, respected and promoted, instead of being scandalously violated.

May our people learn the true meaning of how it is important to fight for our freedom and rights as shown by Ka Eric, Dr. Badoy and SMNI in their defiance of the scandalous and brazen abuse of power of the House of Representatives, where they did not give up their fundamental rights guaranteed by the constitution such as: FREEDOM OF THE PRESS, FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION AND FREE SPEECH.

Let us all be reminded :
