🎉 Great news for local businesses! Kempsey Eco Business Park is now open, bringing high-quality, modern commercial space to the Malvern Hills district.

The 2.5-acre development on the southern edge of Kempsey offers a mix of retail and light-industrial units, with businesses including Gandiesuk, Two Fellers Tree Services LTD, Transform Hub Worcester , Instant Scenery and Ignite Fulfilment already taking space.

With renewable clean biomass energy, photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle charging points and cycle facilities, the park is also supporting greener ways of doing business.

Our Economic Development Team can support businesses looking to establish, expand or invest in the district, including help to find suitable premises and access advice, funding and wider business support.

We are so excited about the fantastic response to our Community Recognition Scheme this year! 🌟

We received over 120 nominations across different categories, featuring six young individuals and 32 nominations for those over 18. Just look at some of the amazing people we celebrated!

Our nominees are an incredible mix, ranging in age from 15 to over 95, and they represent communities throughout our lovely district.

We had nominations for parish footpath officers, parish councillors, trustees, volunteer drivers, ecologists, cadet volunteers, youth cabinet members, puppet masters, and more!

Each nominee, both young and old, has received a heartfelt thank-you letter from our Chairperson along with a special keepsake pin badge💖
