The contemporary Walled Garden is set within the Spectacular grounds of Scampston Hall - the perfect day out for all the family! A Regency Style Hall with a four acre contemporary garden designed by Piet Oudolf, set within the 18th century walls of the kitchen garden. It is also available for private hire for corporate events.

Our wonderful visitors have loved stepping behind the scenes of both the grand family rooms and the working heart of the Hall; the feedback has been amazing.

The doors open again at 12pm tomorrow, come and join us for a fascinating glimpse into Scampston’s history and life both above and below stairs.

Scampston Walled Garden and The Pantry Cafe are open as normal this weekend
The Steam Fair is out in the parkland, but the Walled Gardens, Hall Gardens and Pantry Cafe remain open 10am - 5pm as normal.

Our Upstairs, Downstairs Tours of Scampston Hall return this week!

They were so well received and popular last year we are hosting them again!
From Wednesday, join one of our guided tours and discover more of the Hall, from its grand rooms and family history to the cellars downstairs where staff worked behind the scenes.

As Scampston Hall remains a family home, a guided tour is a wonderful way to explore the house and hear more about its history, character and everyday life over the years.

Tours run Wednesday to Friday at 12pm, 1pm and 2pm.
