⚠️⚠️Urgent Road Closure - The Street, Boxley - 17th January 2022 (Maidstone)⚠️⚠️

It will be necessary to close The Street, Boxley from 17th January 2022 for up to 3 days.

The road will be closed between Forge Lane and Boxley Church Hall.

The alternative route is via Boxley Road, Sandling Lane, Running Horse Roundabout, Chatham Road, Cobtree Roundabout, A229 Chatham Road/ Blue Bell Hill/ Lord Lees Roundabout/ Blue Bell Hill Slip Link Bridge/ Taddington Wood Roundabout, A2045 Walderslade Woods, Westfield Sole Road, Lidsing Road and vice versa.

It is planned that the road will be closed between 07.00 hrs and 19.00 hrs each day.

This is to enable to enable remedial carriageway works to prevent flooding to be carried out by Kent County Council.
