About the Role
Crossfire specialist contracts are requiring an experienced Passive Fire Protection Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate site activities relating to fire stopping penetrating seals/cavity barriers and other passive fire protection works, ensuring compliance with fire strategy drawings and project specifications, and relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities
๐ฅSupervise and coordinate site teams carrying out fire stopping, fire barrier, and cavity barrier installations.
๐ฅConduct quality checks and ensure all works are installed in accordance with approved details and manufacturer test data.
๐ฅLiaise with Contracts Managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
๐ฅRecord daily progress and maintain site documentation, including photographic evidence and installation reports.
๐ฅEnsure all health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld on site.
๐ฅSupport the preparation of as-built records, sign-off sheets, and fire stopping logs.
Requirements
โ
Proven experience in passive fire protection or fire stopping supervision.
โ
Strong knowledge of fire-stopping systems (Quelfire,Nullifire, etc.).
โ
SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (preferred).
โ
CSCS supervisor card essential
โ
Good communication and organisational skills.
โ
Full UK driving licence.
