Hurdsfield Children's Centre Macclesfield Children's Centres are a fantastic community resource that provide a range of services to support you and your family.

The Children's centres friendly and experienced staff offer many activities to children and their families within the community. Here at Hurdsfield we provide a one stop shop to access services: midwifery, health visitors, family support, speech and language therapy, play events to name a few.

Happy New Year from The Toy Library ✨
Please can all toys be returned so we can stock take, clean and have the toys ready for the New Year. You can drop them off at by the toy library door in the Café or at the Children's Centres reception. We will be re opening on the 9th January and look forward to seeing you all then.

Primary School Admission Applications deadline – 15 January 2023
Parents are reminded that primary school applications must be submitted to the child’s home local authority by 15 January for pupils starting Primary School in September 2023.

Parents are advised to apply for three preferences and applications still need to be submitted even if the child has a brother or sister already at the school. Some faith schools may also require parents and carers to submit a supplementary information form / confirmation of baptism. Further information about this will be available on the school’s website.

Late applications may be disadvantaged so parents are strongly encouraged to apply by 15 January 2023.
