This is what it's all about - activities that offer challenge, excitement and adventure and the knowledge you pick up along the way through structured lectures and first-hand experience. You’ll join 2465 Luton Icknield Squadron as a trial, when you get to know the other cadets and start basic training. You then get gradually introduced to activities as you progress, so you can make the most of every opportunity that comes your way.

A massive THANK YOU to Icknield Squadron for hosting us for an incredible sports night!
​We had a fantastic time going head-to-head in a game of rounders, followed by an awesome match of Capture the Helmet (who needs flags anyway?!).
​Thank you for such a warm welcome and a great evening of inter-squadron rivalry and fun. We’re already looking forward to the rematch 😉 next time, we’re hosting!

This year is full of challenges for both staff and cadets at the 2465 Icknield Air Cadet Squadron as we work towards our fundraising target. Achieving this goal will help us purchase new equipment to enhance the training opportunities we can offer, enabling cadets to develop valuable life skills and gain recognised qualifications.

Our first challenge is the Tough Mudder event on 10th May, where three members of the squadron will be taking part. Please see the link below for more information and to support our team.
