South Lowestoft Children's Centres We offer a free programme of activities at all three centres for families with children aged 0-5 year

The Children's Centre Team works across all three Centres, based in Uplands, Riverside and Kirkley Children's Centres and can help with:
-Ante-natal support in preparing for your baby and looking at those first few months
-Parenting help and support
-Extra support for dads
-Speech and language
-Understanding child development and behaviour
-Support for post natal depression
-Difficulties with deb

-Information about learning opportunities and getting into work
-Healthy eating advice.
