We’re so excited to be restarting our Wednesday morning Aqua Aerobics at Lily’s Pad Swim School!

🗓 Starts Wednesday 6th May
⏰ 9:30am (45 minutes)

This class is perfect for all abilities — whether you’re looking to improve fitness, stay active, or just enjoy a fun, low-impact workout in the water 🩵
